As a CNA at Green bough Health & Rehab, you will:

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, mobility, etc.).

• Monitor vital signs and report any changes to nursing staff.

• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of resident care and observations.

• Provide companionship and encourage social engagement among residents.

• Support nursing staff in delivering quality, individualized care plans.

• Uphold safety standards and infection control procedures at all times.

• Promote a positive, respectful environment that aligns with our core values of empathy, integrity, and excellence

Your compassion and attentiveness will help create a safe, nurturing, and home-like environment for our residents.

• Active CNA certification in the state of Mississippi.
• Prior experience in long-term care or rehabilitation preferred, but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Attention to detail and reliability in care delivery.
• Physical ability to assist with resident mobility and daily activities.
