Your Role as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at Green bough, you will:
- Deliver compassionate, high‑quality nursing care to residents.
- Conduct health assessments, monitor vital signs, and administer medications safely.
- Collaborate with RNs and interdisciplinary teams to create and implement care plans.
- Assist residents with daily living activities and ensure comfort and dignity.
- Maintain accurate, up‑to‑date documentation of care and treatment plans.
- Engage with residents and families, addressing needs and concerns with empathy.
- Participate in ongoing staff meetings, training, and quality improvement initiatives.

- Active, unencumbered LPN license in the state of Mississippi.
- Previous experience in long‑term care, skilled nursing, or rehabilitation preferred.
- Strong communication, clinical, and organizational skills.

- Ability to work collaboratively in a team‑oriented environment.
