Your Role as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at Green bough, you will:

  • Deliver compassionate, high‑quality nursing care to residents.
  • Conduct health assessments, monitor vital signs, and administer medications safely.
  • Collaborate with RNs and interdisciplinary teams to create and implement care plans.
  • Assist residents with daily living activities and ensure comfort and dignity.
  • Maintain accurate, up‑to‑date documentation of care and treatment plans.
  • Engage with residents and families, addressing needs and concerns with empathy.
  • Participate in ongoing staff meetings, training, and quality improvement initiatives.

Qualifications
  • Active, unencumbered LPN license in the state of Mississippi.
  • Previous experience in long‑term care, skilled nursing, or rehabilitation preferred.

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team‑oriented environment.
