Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience. Assistant Store Managers support the General Manager by leading departments, managing key systems—training, food safety, inventory—and setting and reporting on goals.

• Lead assigned systems such as training, food safety, and inventory management.
• Set department goals and delegate tasks to team members.
• Follow up on performance and report results to the crew and fellow managers.
• Support shift leaders and assist the General Manager with daily operations.

Prior McDonald’s Department Manager Experience is preferred.
