The Associate Buyer will support purchasing, vendor management, and demand planning across multiple supplier relationships. This role is ideal for a detail‑oriented professional with strong analytical skills who wants to grow within a supply chain function.

• Manage day‑to‑day relationships with assigned packaging or materials vendors.
• Place and track purchase orders; ensure on‑time, in‑full (OTIF) delivery performance.
• Partner with demand planning and logistics teams to maintain accurate inventory levels.
• Analyze purchasing data to identify cost‑saving and process‑improvement opportunities.
• Maintain accurate procurement records in ERP systems (e.g., Net Suite, Demand Caster highly preferred).
• Support product launches through early demand forecasting and supplier coordination.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with Finance, Sales, and Operations teams.

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or inventory planning (manufacturing or CPG preferred).
• Proficiency with ERP and demand‑planning systems — Net Suite experience a plus.
• Strong Excel and analytical abilities.
• Excellent communication and vendor relationship skills.
• Must be local to the Atlanta metro area — this is an on‑site role (not remote or hybrid).
