Work one-on-one with children at our center (no evenings or weekends!) while implementing learning programs, collecting data, and celebrating each child’s progress. You’ll be surrounded by a collaborative team of BCBAs, RBTs, and practicum students who are as passionate as you are about making a difference.

Responsibilities- Promote INSPIRE Autism’s values of integrity, teamwork, and client-centered care.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming therapy space.
- Participate in training and apply feedback to grow your skills.
- Communicate effectively with families and team members.
- Support a positive, safe, and engaging environment that promotes learning through play.
- Active, hands‑on approach to work — you’ll often engage in play, kneeling, or lifting small children.
- Ability to pass a background check and maintain confidentiality of client information.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Passion for working with children and individuals on the autism spectrum.
- Reliable transportation and consistent punctuality are required.
