FUEL CENTER​/CLERK

This position involves assisting customers, managing the cash register, maintaining the fuel center's neatness and cleanliness, recovering stock, filling out incident and security reports, and ensuring compliance documentation. The role also requires demonstrating the company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety.

• Model Customer 1st behavior; deliver and encourage excellent customer service
• Pump gas
• Complete daily tours and inspections
• Fill out incident and security reports
• Clean fuel spills and complete Fuel Spill Reports
• Recover displays and maintain cleanliness of the department
• Perform cashier functions
• Answer telephones
• Comply with corporate policies and safety guidelines
• Promote and follow company initiatives
• Maintain knowledge of emergency procedures
• Work cooperatively in a high-paced, sometimes stressful environment
• Manage conflicts professionally
• Act with honesty and integrity regarding customer and business information
• Follow directions and seek assistance when needed
• Support interactions with minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults
