• Our Service Technician is primarily responsible for the repair and general maintenance of apartment property facilities such as electrical, plumbing, and appliance repair. Additionally, our Service Technician will work with the other maintenance team members as needed.
• We are looking for an enthusiastic person who enjoys being hands-on and helping customers.

• Ability to multitask, stay organized and meet deadlines
• Strong attention to detail
• Some experience in groundskeeping, caretaking or janitorial
• Proficient in customer service and communication skills
• Must be able to lift up to 100 lbs. and climb stairs on a regular basis
• Have a strong work ethic
• Ability to work in inclement weather
• Be reliable and dependable
