We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Loader Operator at our Central Idaho Asphalt Plant in Lewiston, !

• Communicate and promote safety compliance and environmental requirements in alignment with company standards.
• Run mixing operations on the plant to ensure material quality and compliance with specification.
• Ensure consistent production to meet daily orders.
• Offload hot asphalt oil.
• Handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously and deal effectively with people, using a facilitative approach to scaling, ticketing, and assisting in asphalt orders.
• Complete daily checklists, journals, and reports.
• Continuously communicate with plant operators, truckers, quality control, and dispatch.
• Problem‑solve to identify and resolve issues that arise.
• Maintain aggregate stockpiles and liquid levels.
• Maintain good attendance and safety record and set an example for others.
• Perform steady to intermittent and repetitive physical activity, including standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, walking on uneven ground, lifting, carrying, pushing, shoveling, and raking.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

• Two (2) or more years of experience in asphalt plant operation.
• A high school diploma or general education degree (GED).
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to work day and night shifts; shifts may vary according to project demands.
• Willingness to work in all weather conditions.
• Willingness to travel if the job requires.
• Must pass a pre‑employment drug screen.
