The Marketing Coordinator supports the execution of Tri State Health’s marketing and communications initiatives by coordinating content creation across clinic service lines, assisting with creative design, and managing social media scheduling. This position plays a hands‑on role in developing social media content, producing visual materials in Adobe Creative Suite, and assists the team to ensure they meet deadlines and campaign goals.
Educationand Training
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or related field required.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in marketing, communications or creative production preferred.
- Experience in healthcare or nonprofit organizations a plus.
- Manage and maintain social‑media content calendar and scheduling for Facebook, Instagram, and Linked In.
- Draft captions, gather photos, and assist with video clips for creative assets.
- Support design and production tasks using Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premier Pro.
- Collaborate with the Brand & Design Specialist on resizing, adapting, and preparing creative materials for various formats.
- Coordinate collection of stories, testimonials, and photography with staff.
- Assist in updating the website.
- Assist with event promotion materials, signage, and day‑of social coverage as needed.
- Monitor social‑media engagement and flag messages or comments requiring response.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support marketing and communication objectives.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator; Premier Pro or After Effects preferred).
- Strong writing, proofreading, and visual‑composition skills.
- Working knowledge of social‑media platforms, scheduling tools, and basic analytics.
- Excellent organization, time management, and attention to detail.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with multiple team members and departments.
- Willingness to learn new tools and adapt in a fast‑paced environment.
- Must be willing to work some nights and weekends as needed for events or outreach.
