• 18+ years of age
• High school diploma or GED
• Arkansas Division of Elementary & Secondary Education background clearance (out-of-pocket, non-refundable expense required)

• Teacher and Librarian: $93 per day
• Paraprofessional and Clerical: $12.40 per hour

• Assume duties of the district employee in accordance with school district lesson plans, school rules, and Kelly policies
• Empower students to learn and encourage classroom participation
• For long‑term teacher assignments, it may be required to develop lesson plans, and to build, administer, and grade tests and assignments
