Position OverviewWe are seeking a dynamic Mental Health Professional for our Clarksville Clinic. This full‑time, exempt (salaried) position reports to the Program Coordinator.
Work hours:
Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
- Interview/assess clients for mental health needs and provide individual, family, conjoint, and group therapy services.
- Document, review, and maintain accurate case records and relevant clinical information.
- Provide counseling and appraisal services to individuals or groups designed to develop an understanding of personal problems, define goals, and plan activities to assess aptitudes, attitudes, abilities, achievements, interests, and personal characteristics related to personal, social, and educational progress.
- Master’s degree in counseling or social work.
- Current Arkansas license (LAC, LPC, LMSW, PLMSW, or LCSW).
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a treatment team.
