Primary Care Assistant-LPN

Join our dedicated team at Mercy as a Primary Care Patient Care LPN ! Under the guidance of our primary care operations team, you will work closely with Mercy Primary Care Providers to deliver safe, timely, effective, and patient-centered care . Your role will be pivotal in partnering with patients, providers, and the clinical care team to drive quality outcomes for all.

Education: Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program.

Licensure: Licensed as an LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) in the state of practice.

Preferred Experience: 6 months of clinical healthcare experience, preferably in a primary care office.

• Capability to grip, reach, bend, kneel, twist, and squat to perform duties
