As an Automotive Technician / Mechanic, you will be the problem-solver our guests rely on. If you have a passion for fixing vehicles and a knack for delivering outstanding service, we want to hear from you!

• Diagnose and repair vehicles using your expertise and skills.
• Gain hands-on experience with a variety of domestic and foreign vehicles.
• Conduct thorough and honest courtesy vehicle inspections.
• Collaborate with your team to address guest concerns swiftly and effectively.
• Uphold our high standards of safety, cleanliness, and organization.
• Communicate effectively with the service department regarding guest needs.
• Work together with fellow technicians to solve problems and meet deadlines.

• A positive attitude and a genuine desire to serve our guests.
• 3+ years of experience as an automotive technician/mechanic.
• ASE Certifications are preferred, or a plan to achieve them.
• A-level or B-level experience is a plus.
• Ability to diagnose and repair all makes and models of vehicles.
• Commitment to meeting or exceeding hourly goals.
• Aptitude for learning new skills and processes.
• Professional appearance and strong communication skills.
• A desire for long-term career development.

• Occasionally lift and/or move over 100 pounds.
• Ability to work with tools on vehicles lifted above your head.
• Comfortable working in tight spaces as needed.
• Dexterity to efficiently use hand tools.
• Ability to walk/stand for the majority of the workday.
• Experience driving manual transmission vehicles.
• Proficient in navigating a computer.
