TRG Staffing Solutions is hiring an experienced Construction General Labourer for a growing construction company in Louisville, KY. We are seeking a reliable, self-motivated professional who can work independently, contribute to residential and commercial projects, and consistently deliver quality workmanship.

• Perform general construction duties on residential and commercial job sites.
• Safely use hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment.
• Measure, cut, and install lumber and other building materials according to project requirements.
• Support framing, demolition, remodeling, repairs, and job-site preparation.
• Load, unload, transport, and organize materials, tools, and equipment.
• Keep job sites clean, orderly, and compliant with safety standards.
• Inspect tools and equipment and report any maintenance concerns.
• Follow project drawings, work instructions, and supervisor direction.
• Drive company vehicles between job sites when required.

• 1-2 years of general construction or related experience.
• Solid knowledge of construction techniques, building materials, and lumber.
• Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment.
• Ability to read a tape measure and perform basic construction calculations.
• Valid driver’s licence and clean driving record.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong problem‑solving skills, attention to detail, and dependability.
• Ability to lift more than 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks in varying weather conditions.
• OSHA 10 certification is an asset but not required.
