Clarksville Rehabilitation Hospital is opening spring 2026. Join our team to work in a beautiful new 2-story hospital with 40 private patient rooms and 2 rehab therapy gyms with cutting-edge technology.
Position SummaryProvides operational and consultative support to hospital management at all levels on a daily basis. Responsible for overall administration, coordination and evaluation of the hospital’s human resources policies, programs, and practices including recruitment, retention, training, employee relations, compensation, benefits, and safety and health. Develops human resources policies and procedures. Directs implementation of human resources policies, programs, and procedures. Advises management and employees on questions or problems relating to human resources.
PayRate of pay is based on years of experience and qualifications.
Minimum Qualifications- Previous Human Resources management experience
- Experience with HR databases and HRIS systems
- Knowledge of human resources processes and best practices
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational, time management and prioritization skills.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Detail-oriented, able to meet strict time frames
