Responsibilities:

Licensed Practical Nurses play a pivotal role in enriching residents' lives by providing top-notch medical attention and fostering a nurturing environment.

• Deliver exceptional nursing care, ensuring residents' physical and emotional well-being
• Collaborate with a team to create and implement personalized care plans
• Use clinical knowledge to monitor and assess residents' health needs

• Guide and train staff to maintain high-quality care standards

Requirements:

• Active and unrestricted LPN license
• Passion for geriatric nursing and senior care excellence
