• Greet guests warmly as they arrive and escort them to their assigned table(s).
• Communicate effectively with the serving team and management regarding seating, timing, and guest needs.
• Answer guest questions about the menu, show schedule, and theatre policies.
• Assist with check‑in procedures for reservations and group bookings.
• Ensure the timely collection of dishes and delivery to the kitchen for cleaning.
• Provide support to servers, kitchen workers, and management as needed to ensure a seamless guest experience.

• Prior experience in hospitality, customer service, or bussing preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly, professional demeanor with a focus on guest satisfaction.
• Ability to remain calm and organized during high‑volume service periods.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team.
• Must be available for evening, weekend, and holiday shifts, as these are our primary show times.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and move quickly between tables and theatre areas.
