Base pay: $13.00/hr – $15.00/hr.

• Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans promptly.
• Maintain a clean and organized dishwashing area and assist with general kitchen cleaning as needed.
• Operate and maintain dishwashing equipment in accordance with standards.
• Remove trash to help maintain cleanliness in the kitchen and back‑of‑house areas.
• Assist with food prep or kitchen setup when needed.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and safety procedures.
• Work closely with kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth operations during meal service.

• Previous dishwashing or kitchen experience preferred, but not required.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment.
• Strong attention to cleanliness, organization, and teamwork.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to follow directions.
• Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, which are our primary show times.
