• Greet and acknowledge every customer with Ollie's “Yes I Care, Yes I Can” approach to build long‑term loyalty.
• Resolve customer service issues, answer questions, assist with transactions, and communicate requests to team leaders when necessary.
• Ensure all product at the front end is merchandised per visual standards.
• Maintain the front‑end, entrance, and exterior of the building.
• Ensure front‑end operations, store standards, and company programs meet all operational expectations.
• Assist with developing, evaluating, and supervising front‑end associates.
• Complete any additional responsibilities and/or duties as assigned.

• Minimum one to two years of retail experience in a mid‑size to large retail service‑oriented business preferred.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays on a regular basis.
• Must have a positive attitude and the ability to interact well with others.

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to push and pull up to 35 pounds.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a safe manner.
