As an Automotive Technician / Mechanic, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests receive top-notch service. Your passion for automotive repair and commitment to excellence will shine through as you:

• Diagnose and repair vehicles using your extensive knowledge and skills.
• Gain valuable experience working on a diverse range of domestic and foreign vehicles.
• Conduct thorough and honest courtesy vehicle inspections.
• Collaborate with a team to address guest concerns swiftly and effectively.
• Uphold our high standards of safety, cleanliness, and organization.
• Communicate effectively with the service department regarding any issues.
• Work alongside fellow technicians to solve problems and meet deadlines.

If you’re ready to take your career to the next level, here’s what you need to bring:

• A positive attitude and a genuine desire to serve our guests.
• 5+ years of professional automotive technician experience, including 2 years specializing in European vehicles.
• Proficiency with ODIS, VCDS, or similar diagnostic systems.
• ASE Certifications are preferred, or a plan to achieve them.
• Ability to diagnose and repair all makes and models of vehicles.
• A track record of meeting or exceeding hourly goals.
• A willingness to learn and adapt to new skills and processes.
• A professional appearance and strong communication skills.
• A desire for long-term career development.

To thrive in this role, you should be able to:

• Occasionally lift and/or move over 100 pounds.
• Work with tools on vehicles lifted above your head.
• Navigate tight spaces as required by vehicle repairs.
• Demonstrate dexterity to efficiently use hand tools.
• Stand or walk for the majority of your workday.
• Drive manual transmission vehicles.
• Efficiently navigate a computer.
