As an Automotive Technician / Mechanic, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests receive top-notch service. You’ll be part of a collaborative team that values safety, cleanliness, and organization. Here’s what you’ll be doing:

• Diagnosing and fixing vehicles with your expertise and skills.
• Building experience across a diverse range of domestic and foreign vehicles.
• Conducting thorough and honest courtesy vehicle inspections.
• Working closely with your team to troubleshoot guest concerns efficiently.
• Promoting our high standards of safety and organization.
• Communicating effectively with the service department about any concerns.
• Collaborating with fellow technicians to solve problems and meet deadlines.

To thrive in this role, you should have:

• A positive attitude and a genuine desire to serve our guests.
• 3+ years of experience as an automotive technician/mechanic.
• ASE Certifications preferred, or a plan to achieve them.
• The ability to diagnose and repair all makes and models of vehicles.
• A track record of meeting or exceeding hourly goals.
• A willingness to learn new skills and processes.
• A professional appearance and strong communication skills.
• A desire for long-term career development.

This role involves:

• Occasionally lifting and/or moving over 100 pounds.
• Working with tools on vehicles lifted above your head.
• Navigating tight spaces as needed for repairs.
• Using hand tools with dexterity.
• Walking or standing for most of the workday.
• Driving manual transmission vehicles.
• Efficiently navigating a computer.
