We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Infant/Toddler Teacher to join our team at The Red Barn Child Care Center & Preschool in Clarksville, TN. This is an exciting opportunity to make a difference in the lives of young children and be a part of a supportive and nurturing work environment.

• Implementing age-appropriate curriculum and activities for infants and toddlers
• Responsive caregiving and willingness to learn
• Providing a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow
• Communicating effectively with parents, team members, and administration
• Observing and documenting children's development and behavior
• Collaborating with other staff members as well as administration to ensure the overall well-being of the children

• Previous experience working with infants and toddlers in a childcare setting
• Knowledge of early childhood development and best practices in childcare
• Background check clearance, physical, drug screening, and 3 professional references
• CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain in the first 90 days
• Patient, nurturing, and compassionate demeanor
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
