Tasman, Inc. is seeking a Project Field Supervisor to lead field operations on our on-site construction projects. You will supervise Tasman crews, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure work is performed safely, on schedule, and to project specifications.
The role requires hands-on leadership, strong organizational and communication skills, and a commitment to safety on occupied and active project sites. You will report to the Sr. Portfolio Manager (HVAC) and travel as needed to project locations.
