Worship Associate

Expectations:

• Perform day-to-day support for the Worship Pastor, Team Leaders, and Team Members
• Share administrative duties in day-to-day tasks in preparing the Mosaic Worship Team Members for all services, events, and meetings
• Assist in Creating/Editing administrative documents, standard operating procedures, checklists, & strategy documents
• Coordination and scheduling within PCO for the worship team members for all platforms (as needed), services and events within Mosaic Worship
• Administrative support for PCO service planning related to Worship Pastor
• Preparation for and participation in all meetings requested by the Worship Pastor
• Respond to emails, phone calls, and text messages related to the Worship Department in a timely manner
• Assist Worship Pastor in the management of workflow and onboarding new candidates
• Assist with managing team health communication, and outreach
• Assist on-stage set-up and tear down
• Assist in team building and leadership development for Worship Team / Campus Multiplication
• Assist in Leading Worship, and Team Members on different platforms throughout the Mosaic Worship Ministry as needed (Sunday morning services, Encounter nights, Student Worship, Campus/Location services support)
• Must be present and available to assist at all services and events
• Assist in adding all song support files in PCO (Vocal Parts, Lyric Sheets, Chord and Number Charts, etc.)
• Assist in building sets through Ableton LIVE when needed

• Must be a born again Christian
• Must have a minimum of 3 years experience in Worship Leading
• Must have strong lead and harmony vocal skills (natural ear for harmony)
• Must play a musical instrument (keyboard or guitar preferred)
• Positive Background Check returned
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with Planning Center Online
• Strong Computer skills
• Technologically efficient - able to use and/or learn software(s) needed to run ministry
• Must embrace the vision and values of Mosaic Church
• Upon coming on staff: actively tithe at Mosaic Church and be involved in a Mosaic Church Connect Group (Leading or Participating)
• Must review and embrace the Mosaic Worship Spiritual Guidelines
• Ability to work as a team player and discuss needs, challenges and ideas
• Ability to anticipate needs and offer creative solutions
• Self-starter
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment

Pay Type:

Salary, Full-Time, TBD
