Practice Overview Department comprised of 4 board-certified physicians Strong experience in population health management and quality metrics Emphasis on value-based care models Supportive clinical infrastructure allowing focus on patient care Schedule & Call Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Average 20-25 patients per day Outpatient call approximately 1 week every 14 weeks Call runs Monday evening through Sunday afternoon Very low call volume, often no calls or no more than two Compensation & Incentives Salary around the 75th percentile of MGMA benchmarks Opportunity for significant ACO and Medicare Advantage revenue outside of visits
