Interventional Cardiology Position in Vibrant, Nashville Suburb; Clarksville, TN

Overview

Tennova Healthcare Clarksville (270 beds) in Clarksville, TN is assisting a private practice affiliate in seeking a BE/BC Interventional Cardiologist with interventional skillset and vascular focus. Position includes inpatient and outpatient care with anticipated call coverage and an established cardiology program.

• Provide interventional cardiology services and vascular care
• Inpatient and outpatient clinical duties
• Anticipated call coverage 1:4
• Participate in STEMI call and support an established cardiology program
• Work with 2 cath labs and available office space in the Medical Office Building connected to the hospital campus

• 12 operating rooms
• Imaging department with 2 cath labs, 5 X-Ray rooms, 4 nuclear machines, 2 MRI, 2 CT, 5 ultrasound, 4 digital mammography units, and 1 specialty procedures suite
• Emergency Department with 2 trauma rooms, 2 cardiac rooms, and 38 exam rooms
• Robotic surgical systems available

Over $8 million has been invested in the last 3 years to advance facilities and technologies, including advanced imaging, AI-based systems, and expanded cardiovascular suites. An obstetrics triage area was added to the emergency department to improve patient flow.

Clarksville is experiencing growth with a lower cost of living and a low unemployment rate. It is located off the Cumberland River, near Fort Campbell, and within driving distance to Nashville. The area offers boating, fishing, and a family-friendly community.
