Location: Clarksville, TN

Salary: $63,000 Annually

• Coaching and support to ensure design and performance from the customer’s perspective
• Effective deployment and management of resources needed to achieve project goals
• Resolve production- and customer-perspective problems through active thinking and statistical analysis
• Maintain continuous communication and collaboration with internal staff or teams for successful projects
• Determine product goals and plan/manage resources to meet deadlines
• Design and develop products from concept through design, qualification, and production
• Use CAD models, 3-D surface models, and physical prototypes to show design intent and feasibility
• Formulate and adhere to standards and procedures for product development

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electronics, or Electrical Engineering required
• Preferred experience with Washing Machines (not required)
• In-depth knowledge of Solid Works 3D/2D CAD software
• Exposure to a variety of manufacturing processes and design for manufacturability
• Knowledge of dimensional and tolerance standards and experience in tolerance analysis of complex assemblies
