Pathways to Wellness is seeking a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) to join our clinical team in Clarksville, TN. This hybrid position includes in-person services at our Clarksville location and virtual telehealth sessions to support clients across Tennessee.
The ideal candidate is dedicated to improving mental health outcomes, comfortable with hybrid service delivery, and skilled in providing trauma-informed, patient-centered psychiatric care.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct psychiatric evaluations, diagnostic assessments, and medication management
- Provide in-person clinical services at the Clarksville practice location
- Deliver telehealth appointments using secure virtual platforms
- Develop individualized treatment plans and monitor progress
- Collaborate with therapists, primary care providers, case managers, and support staff
- Maintain accurate, timely, and regulatory-compliant documentation
- Follow state and federal practice guidelines, including controlled substance regulations
- Participate in clinical meetings and case reviews as needed
- Active, unrestricted Tennessee APRN license
-required - Board Certified PMHNP-BC (Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner) – required
- Active, unrestricted DEA license – required
- One (1) year minimum post-certification experience as a PMHNP
- Experience conducting psychiatric assessments and medication management
- Familiarity with telehealth and virtual care tools
- Experience in outpatient mental health, or integrated care settings
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team
- Strong communication, documentation, and clinical decision-making skills
- Flexible scheduling: full-time or part-time positions available
- Hybrid role requiring periodic in-person presence in Clarksville
- Telehealth services may be delivered from clinic or approved remote location
