We are currently seeking a Bilingual Information Security Administrator (English & Korean) to join our new and dynamic team in Clarksville, TN as part of the IT & Security Team!

This position starts at $60,000.00 annually

Responsibilities
  • Planning:
    Team Expense and budget management
  • Report and make recommendations to Senior Management regarding projects as it relates to business facilities and security processes
  • Ensure implementation of effective facility and security management processes across the business. Act as first point of contact
  • Effectively communicate with service providers and contractors to ensure compliance with company policy and procedures
  • Monitor and report on C-TPAT compliance
  • Security training for employees
  • IT Equipment (PC, Laptop) security Management
  • Factory CCTV and physical security equipment management
  • Gate Security Staff Management
  • Prepare monthly reports per HQ guidelines
  • Monitor security systems. Report any non-compliance findings
  • Supports other inter-department functions as needed
  • IT Security experiences a plus.
Qualifications
  • A bachelor’s degree in Network Communication, Information Technology, or Computer Science preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • An ability to learn new technologies quickly
  • Must have strong communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Some local/international travel
  • Ability to build relationships with others

    Ability to work autonomously and as part of the team
  • Bilingual (English/Korean) in assistance with communication with HQ.
