IT Support Technician Manager

Requirements Must have:

• Prior experience in IT support
• Proficient in troubleshooting Windows environments
• Excellent communication skills, especially with non-technical users
• Commitment to thorough documentation of work
• Valid driver's license and capability to travel locally
• MSP experience (preferred)
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 administration (preferred)
• Basic networking knowledge (preferred)
• Experience with RMM or ticketing systems (preferred)
• Equivalent experience considered; degree not mandatory for the right candidate

• Provide support for Windows workstations and end users
• Diagnose and remedy hardware, software, and basic network issues
• Utilize remote tools and ticketing systems on a daily basis
• Assist non-technical users in understanding technical processes
• Set up new users, devices, and applications
• Maintain clear documentation of work for team reference
