Join Crawford Electric Supply as a Branch Manager in Clarksville, TN. This is a full‑time position that leads a warehouse and branch dedicated to supplying electrical contractors across the southeast United States.

What You’ll Do

Take pride in your daily work by managing the branch’s operations, sales and financial performance while inspiring a culture of teamwork and safety.

  • Set priorities for improving operations and growing sales.
  • Manage the financial performance, create a business plan and annual budget.
  • Lead and equip the project, sales and warehouse teams.
  • Coach and develop talent for personal and professional growth.
  • Inspire associates to embrace a culture of team spirit and passion.
  • Interact regularly with customers to resolve concerns.
  • Build relationships with vendors and negotiate pricing.
  • Follow all safety guidelines and regulations.
Requirements
  • Minimum education:

    2‑year associate’s degree or equivalent, or 5+ years of experience in a solution‑based selling environment and people management.
  • Ability to learn about electrical products.
  • Ability to read, analyze and interpret financial reports such as P&Ls.
  • Ability to calculate figures such as profitability, discounts, percentages and commissions.
  • Experience with MS Office Suite.
  • Strong communication skills for building relationships and conducting critical conversations with vendors, customers and associates.
  • Valid driver’s license for local travel.
  • Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship now or in the future.
