This position starts at $63,000 annually and increases based on experience.

• Understand the key performance indicators that support continued business growth
• Assist managing and direct all production and quality activity to ensure a safe work environment
• Work with Manufacturing Manager to create and execute a culture of continuous improvement
• Help the Manufacturing Manager by maintaining and gathering data used to maintain a high level of production
• Responsible for helping establish and promote a safe working environment

• Experience:
  
  Recent graduates may apply!
• Bachelor's degree in engineering - Preference Industrial Engineer or Mechanical Engineer
• Basic understanding of production equipment and system integration
• Basic knowledge of manufacturing methods and process improvements
• Ability to analyze, troubleshoot, and evaluate problems
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills
• Basic knowledge of manufacturing, including machine capabilities and efficiencies
• Ability to speak English and Korean is preferred but not required
