We’re hiring experienced
Process Technicians
to support a high-speed, continuous manufacturing operation producing engineered polymer-based materials. This is a hands-on role focused on
process control, equipment optimization, quality assurance, and troubleshooting
within a thermally driven production environment.

You’ll work on a complex production line that involves
polymer handling, heating, extrusion, cooling, bonding, and roll-based material processing
, where small adjustments can have a major impact on product quality, efficiency, and uptime. This role sits at the intersection of
operations, maintenance, and process improvement
, making it ideal for technicians who like to understand why a process behaves the way it does — not just how to run it.

Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, process-minded technicians with experience in
plastics, extrusion, injection molding, blown film, textiles, or other continuous manufacturing environments
.
