The Client Success Manager (CSM) is the main point of contact for our clients. Your job is simple in theory (but demanding in practice):
- Keep clients happy.
- Keep clients informed.
- Keep clients renewing and growing with us.
You’ll sit between the client and our internal marketing/creative team, making sure expectations are clear, deliverables are on track, and results are communicated in a way clients understand and value.
Key Responsibilities- Serve as the primary contact for a portfolio of agency clients.
- Run weekly/bi-weekly client check‑ins and monthly strategy calls
. - Translate client goals into clear tasks for our internal team (ads, content, email, funnels, etc.).
- Review campaign performance and communicate results to clients in plain English (not jargon).
- Proactively spot risks (unhappy clients, poor performance, misalignment) and handle them early.
- Collect testimonials, case study stories, and referrals from happy clients.
- Help with onboarding new clients
: gathering assets, access, info, and expectations. - Document client notes, action items, and statuses in our CRM/project management tool.
- Collaborate with leadership on retention, upsell, and expansion opportunities.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field - OR
- 💼
Proven experience in the marketing industry (agency, in‑house marketing, media, etc.) - OR
- 🧑💻
Previous marketing agency internship (paid or unpaid) with clear responsibilities
Plus:
- Local to Clarksville, TN (or within commuting distance). This is not a fully remote role.
- Strong communication skills – written, verbal, and on Zoom.
- Comfortable talking with business owners and decision makers.
- Organized and detail‑oriented – you keep notes, follow up, and don’t drop balls.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing (paid ads, social, funnels, email, etc.).
- Comfortable with tools like Google Workspace, Zoom, and at least one CRM or project management tool (Click Up, Asana, Monday, Hub Spot, etc. — or similar).
- Experience in a marketing agency environment.
- Experience in account management, client success, or project management
. - Ability to review basic marketing metrics (CTR, CPC, CPL, ROAS, open rates).
- Comfort creating light client‑facing decks or recap docs.
- Full‑time role based in Clarksville, TN
. - Typically Monday–Friday.
- In‑office or hybrid, depending on schedule and performance.

- Competitive base salary: $3,500/Month-$5,000/Month + Commission/Bonuses
