** No call, no floating, must work every other weekend and holiday as needed

** Requirements:** - Credentials: BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIH (ARC/AHA ONLY)
- Experience:
Minimum of 1 year required, 2 years preferred - License: TN or Multistate License - Attire:
Navy scrubs - Important:

** Role Overview:
** As a Registered Nurse in the Emergency Department, you will:
- Hold accountability for providing exceptional care to Emergency Room patients - Utilize the Nursing Process in accordance with the state Nurse Practice Act and hospital policy - Demonstrate critical thinking skills and scientific judgment to anticipate and plan for safe patient care delivery - Maintain clinical competencies through continuous education - Delegate patient care priorities based on the experience of the available staff - Provide direction and supervision of personnel delivering patient care --
