American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for an ICU position requiring TN or compact license and prior travel experience.
Requirements- Active RN license (TN or Compact) required on file at time of consideration
- Current certifications: BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS
- Minimum of 2 years of ICU experience required
- Prior travel nursing experience required
- 21-bed ICU within a hospital setting
- Patient population 18+ including ARDS/pneumonia, withdrawal, and cardiogenic shock cases
- Patient ratios of 1-2
- 12-hour day shifts, 7a-7p, 36 hours per week
- Unit creates the schedule; no block schedule offered and flexibility required to meet staffing needs
- Weekend shifts required
- Floating to Stepdown/ER as needed
Uses Cerner EMR - Provide critical care nursing to a diverse ICU patient population
- Navy scrubs required
- Orientation dates limited to 11/30 or 12/7
- Local candidates accepted at a lower rate under a 75-mile radius rule
