American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Mother/Baby position requiring TN or compact RN licensure and prior travel nursing experience.
Details- Hospital setting in a 270-bed facility with a 24-bed Mother/Baby unit
- 12-hour day shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM, 36 hours per week
- No block schedules offered; must be flexible to meet unit staffing needs
- Weekends required; no on-call requirements
- May float as helping hands to NICU and L&D
- Uses Cerner and GE Centricity EMR systems
- Active RN license (TN or Compact) required at time of consideration
- Current BLS and NRP certifications required; ACLS preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of Mother/Baby nursing experience required
- Prior travel nursing experience required
- Experience with newborn transition care required
- Must be available to work 2 of 3 designated holidays
- Orientation available only on 11/16, 11/30, or 12/14 with no other start dates offered
- Local candidates accepted at a lower rate within a 75-mile radius
