American Traveler is seeking a Labor & Delivery RN for a 13-week night shift assignment requiring at least 2 years of experience and prior travel nursing experience.
Details- 14-bed Labor & Delivery unit with patient ratios of 1:1-2
- Patient population consists of expecting mothers
- 12-hour night shifts, 7p-7a, 36 hours per week
- No block scheduling offered; must be flexible to meet unit staffing needs
- Weekend shifts required
- Unit creates the staff schedule
- Float to Helping Hands, NICU, and Postpartum as needed
- Uses Cerner and GE Centricity EMR systems
- Surgical scrubs provided
- Active RN license (TN or compact) required
- Current BLS, NRP, Fetal Monitoring, and ACLS certifications required
- Minimum of 2 years of Labor & Delivery experience required
- Prior travel nursing experience required
- Must be able to circulate
- Provide nursing care to patients in the Labor & Delivery unit
- Local candidates accepted
- Radius rule of 75 miles applies; candidates within this radius are eligible at the local rate
