RequirementsManagers lead shifts every week, ensuring fast, accurate, friendly service. Department managers also manage assigned systems such as Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management, set goals, delegate tasks, follow up, and report results. Specific department responsibilities include:
- Guest Service: oversee Crew and Managers, promote sales, train service procedures, and maintain front counter and drive‑thru operations.
- Kitchen: ensure high quality, safe food, maintain cost control, and train kitchen staff on production procedures.
- People: hire qualified crew, train and schedule them to meet sales and profit goals, and recognize and motivate them.
Prior managerial experience in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality setting is preferred. Ideal candidates are positive team players, adaptable, and thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
