Bartender – Join O'Charley's as a bartender in Clarksville, TN. Our goal is to satisfy guests so they return again and again, providing a memorable experience that they share with friends and family.

• Serve as an effective salesperson: understand our food and beverage menus, specials, and promos; recommend items based on guest preferences.
• Provide exceptional service: greet guests, serve drinks in a timely manner, and maintain a clean, organized bar area.
• Apply the Hospitality Halo: be friendly, polite, and courteous to all guests and team members.
• Work collaboratively with the O'Charley’s team; communicate clearly and enthusiastically.
• Ensure prompt delivery and quality presentation of drinks, including perfect drink presentations before serving.
• Maintain knowledge of service sequences, bar accounting procedures, and drink-making techniques.
• Own and correct mistakes promptly, ensuring guests leave feeling cared for and satisfied.

• Serve alcohol in accordance with state law.
• Speak, read, write, and understand the primary language of the work location.
• Perform simple math calculations related to money handling.
• Stand and move safely for up to five hours.
• Maintain balance while bending, kneeling, and lifting trays or bus pans up to 25 lb.

Salary: $14.00 – $19.00 per hour (Clarksville, TN). Regularly updated.
