You adapt to different customer types, resolve issues with a smile, and teach others to do the same. As Leader, you drive sales to maximize profits following division standards. Your performance is measured by your ability to achieve personal and productivity goals.

When the Store Manager and Assistant Manager are absent, you assume leadership and managerial responsibilities.

• Inspire and motivate your team to drive sales that deliver exceptional customer service.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by being knowledgeable on all products and working with co‑workers to provide excellent sales service.
• Deliver sales, customer experience, merchandising, visual, and operational expectations.
• Maintain personal and productivity goals.
• Uphold the quality and productivity of every aspect of your store.
• Act as a partner between customers, sales associates, the Assistant Manager, and the Store Manager.
• Learn and share product and trend expertise to fit customer needs.
• Maintain awareness of all product knowledge, current or upcoming products/trends.
• Contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment.

• At least 1 year of retail experience.
• Confident and comfortable engaging customers to deliver an elevated experience.
• Motivated to achieve great results through interaction with customers and athletic products.
• Initiates tasks or activities without necessary supervision.
• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

• Rate of Pay: $14.25 / Hour.
