Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Embrace the Miss Lucille's brand and delight customers with your knowledge of our diverse range of goods.
• Provide outstanding customer service by greeting every customer with a smile and prioritizing their needs.
• Handle retail transactions with accuracy and efficiency using our Point of Sale system.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization at the front counter and throughout the store.
• Assist customers with heavy/large items and ensure their shopping experience is seamless.
• Communicate effectively with team members and managers to ensure smooth operations.
• Take initiative in identifying opportunities for customer service and store recovery.

Physical Requirements:

• Lift and carry items up to 75 pounds.
• Stand and walk for extended periods.
• Use hands and arms to handle objects and maintain steady movements.
• Have clear vision and speech to interact effectively with customers and team members.

Working Conditions:

• Experience a mix of controlled indoor environments and outdoor conditions.
• Be prepared to adapt to various environmental factors such as temperature changes, rain, wind, and humidity.

Qualifications:

• Previous retail and customer service experience preferred.
• Familiarity with Point of Sale systems and typing skills.
• Availability to work weekends, holidays, and daytime shifts during the seasonal period.
