Vehicle Salesperson

We're looking for a friendly, professional, and service-minded Vehicle Sales Consultant who takes pride in helping customers find the right vehicle—not just pushing for a sale. If you’re energized by building relationships and guiding people through big decisions, this is the career for you.

• Greet and assist customers in a respectful, no-pressure environment

• Listen to each customer’s needs and offer vehicle options that match

• Educate customers on vehicle features, warranties, and financing options

• Follow up via phone, email, and text with interested customers

• Schedule and manage test drives and appointments

• Provide world-class customer service from start to finish (and beyond)

• Collaborate with your team and leadership to meet sales goals

• Maintain detailed notes in our CRM to support ongoing communication

• A passion for helping people and a genuine desire to serve

• Professional, coachable, and motivated attitude

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Comfortable learning new technology and using digital tools

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

• Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus—but not required

• Weekly draw + uncapped commission
