Full-Time Monday through Friday 7am-4pm | Hourly + Commission $45k-$60k+

As our Vehicle Accessories & Customization Specialist, you’ll be the go-to person for all things accessories and custom builds. You’ll work closely with Sales, Parts, Service, and customers to bring customized vehicles to life.

Day-to-day responsibilities include:

• Assisting customers with selecting vehicle accessories such as wheels, lift kits, bed covers, steps, lighting, and appearance upgrades

• Preparing accessory quotes and explaining options clearly to customers

• Selling accessory packages and earning commission on completed installs

• Ordering accessories and coordinating installation schedules with Parts and Service

• Working with the Sales team to stock the lot with ready-to-sell customized vehicles

• Tracking which accessories and packages sell best to support future builds

• Ensuring customized vehicles are completed accurately and on time

You won’t be turning wrenches—we’ll train you on systems and processes.

Automotive experience is a plus, but not required
. We will train the right person.

• Hourly base pay + commission on accessory sales

• Typical annual earnings range: $45,000–$60,000+, with top performers earning more
