Key Responsibilities
  • Respond promptly to warm sales leads to close contracts.
  • Generate new leads through neighborhood canvassing and door‑knocking.
  • Travel to storm‑affected areas to identify signs of roof and property damage.
  • Climb roofs and enter attics to conduct damage assessments; present findings to homeowners (training provided).
  • Educate homeowners on the restoration process and serve as a technical advisor to address concerns.
  • Provide estimates and funding options, and collect payments as required.
  • Work with insurance companies and adjusters to facilitate optimal outcomes for homeowners.
  • Obtain agreements and contracts from homeowners for roof restoration services.
  • Attend weekly sales meetings and actively participate in team communication.
Qualifications
  • Sales or customer service background is a plus but not required.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable using technology (computer and smartphone apps) and gathering/analyzing data.
  • Ability to climb ladders and scale roofs for inspection.
  • Capable of working outdoors, walking, and occasionally carrying up to 50 lb.
  • Availability for at least 40 hours of daytime work per week (most Saturdays required).
