Job OverviewThe Contractor Consultants is actively seeking a highly experienced Sr. Glass Glazier to join our growing team in Clarksville, TN. This is a hands‑ role ideal for a seasoned glazing professional with deep expertise in commercial and/or residential glass installation. The Sr. Glazier will be responsible for executing and overseeing installations, mentoring junior glaziers, and ensuring projects are delivered to the highest standards of precision, safety, and quality.

Key Responsibilities- Install, cut, and fit all types of glass and glazing materials including storefronts, curtain walls, doors, windows, mirrors, and custom systems
- Read and interpret architectural drawings, blueprints, and detailed shop drawings
- Measure openings accurately and fabricate or modify components to exact specifications
- Assemble aluminum frames and glazing components in both field and shop settings
- Operate lifts, cranes, suction tools, and other equipment safely for setting glass
- Apply sealants, gaskets, tapes, and waterproofing materials in compliance with specifications
- Mentor and supervise apprentices and junior team members
- Coordinate with general contractors, supervisors, and clients to maintain timelines
- Follow OSHA regulations and maintain a safe work environment at all times
- Perform ensure finished work exceeds industry standards
- 5–7+ years of professional glazing experience
Expertise in commercial and/or residential glass systems and installation methods - Ability to read and interpret shop drawings and construction blueprints
- Strong leadership skills with experience guiding small teams on‑site
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
- Comfortable working at heights and lifting heavy glass using safe practices
- OSHA 10/30 certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
- Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and customer service skills
