Jenkins and Wynne is seeking medium and heavy‑duty Service Technicians to join our team. As a family‑owned dealership, we pride ourselves on providing excellent service for our customers and a supportive, growth‑focused environment for our employees.
What You’ll Do- Perform diagnostics on cars, trucks, SUVs, or heavy‑duty vehicles.
- Complete recall services according to manufacturer requirements.
- Handle a variety of repairs, ranging from small part replacements to major engine or transmission repairs and replacements.
- Maintain detailed documentation of all repairs and services performed.
- Work closely with the service advisor team to ensure timely and quality repairs.
- Communicate directly with the Service Advisor so that customers are informed if any additional service is needed and provide an estimate of time required for additional repairs.
- Uphold dealership and manufacturer safety and performance standards.
- Prior automotive technician experience (all levels welcome, certifications a plus).
- Strong diagnostic and problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

- 2+ years of Service Technician experience preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent; ASE certification.
- Previous experience at a Ford dealership is preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of B‑level qualifications, including diagnostic, electrical, and engine repair.
- Mechanical and troubleshooting skills and ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment.
- Ability to learn new technology, repair and service procedures, and specifications.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
