- 5-7 days paid time off the first year, 9-13 days in year two, and 12-18 days in year four
- Retirement plan with matching contributions available after 1 year
- 7:30 AM to between 3:00 and 5:00 PM
- Monday - Friday
- Fabricating and installing window screens, porch screens, and other outdoor living products
- Use power tools to cut and install screen frame
- Roll screen mesh into frame using screen roller
- Most work is done outside
- We value honesty, teamwork, and treating customers and team-members as ourselves
- We seek to provide each team-member with the tools and resources they need to work efficiently, safely, and comfortably
- We want each team member to enjoy their work and take pride in it
- Eager and able to learn
- Able to use hand tools, chop saw, drills, and power tools
- Read a tape measurer
- Comfortable working from an extension ladder 20' off the ground
- Attention to Safety and Detail
- Works well with other team members and customers
- Valid Driver's License
- Proof of citizenship or right to work in the U.S.
- Ability to pass a background check
- Ability to pass a drug test

- America's Neighborhood Screen Stores is the premier screen service in the country. Our franchisees produce and install a variety of home improvement products that are generally screen related. From window screens to sun control screens, screen porches and patios, screen doors and motorized roll down screens are common items for us.

I’ve been with Screen mobile of Palm Desert for a year and a half, and I love my job. Everyone is nice and helpful, we’re all family here.
