Job Summary:

As a member of our team, you will accurately diagnose and repair problems with commercial HVAC equipment. With a strong focus on customer service and integrity, you will communicate solutions to customers.

• Responsible for analyzing, diagnosing, and resolving customer concerns in commercial environments.
• Perform service on commercial heating, air conditioning, ventilation, and refrigeration equipment as well as accessories.
• Perform start-ups on air conditioning as required.
• Responsible for delivery and removal of equipment needed to complete service work.
• Provide excellent service to commercial customers and sustain high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Handle customer concerns, questions or problems effectively.
• Prepare material requisition forms to ensure proper truck stock levels.
• Perform maintenance on equipment, servicing and/or cleaning; IAQ products, soldering, welding, brazing, and performing minor field fabrication as applicable.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• License in commercial HVAC required (Gasfitter 2 or Gasfitter
  1).
• License in plumbing, electrical work, sheet metal, or refrigeration is an asset.
• Proven mechanical aptitude and experience in the commercial HVAC field.
• Ability to operate necessary tools and equipment for various projects.
• Adept at servicing commercial heating, air conditioning, ventilation, and refrigeration equipment and related accessories.
• Commitment to delivering customer-focused service.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, blueprints, and production diagrams.
• Ability to work overtime and weekend hours as required.
• Ability to meet minimum requirements for background check criteria.
