What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Implement curriculum in classroom and group settings within schools and community venues
- Assist in coordinating and delivering community-based grant activities for children, youth, and families
- Maintain written documentation and submit required reports in a timely manner
- Utilize behavior-management techniques effectively in various settings
- Attend meetings, conferences, and training sessions, maintaining a collaborative team approach
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Reliable, insured transportation and a valid driver’s license
- Ability to work independently with an off-site supervisor
- Strong public speaking skills for diverse audiences, including children, parents, and professionals
- Competency in presenting prevention information on sensitive topics using a trauma-informed approach

- Experience working with children and youth in educational or community settings
- Knowledge of trauma-informed care principles
- Familiarity with behavior-management techniques
